多功能提取浓缩机组
1、概述:
多功能提取浓缩热回流机组可以用于医药、保健品、色素、食品、动植物、化工等行业的常压、水煎、湿浸、热回流、强制循环渗透、芳香油提取及有机溶媒回收等多种工艺操作。符合GMP医药标准,主要适用于高校、研究所和企事业单位实验室研发及中小试生产线,可以很好的解决了以往实验室规模做提取浓缩实验占地大、时间长、配料多的问题。
2、设备结构:
多功能提取浓缩机组系统配置由提取罐、回流冷凝器、回流冷却器、芳香油收集器、提取罐过滤器、列管式加热器、蒸发器、回收冷凝器、回收冷却器、收集罐、导热油加热箱(可选)、真空泵、不锈钢机架及连接管阀件、仪表等组构成。
3、设备说明:
1)、热回流循环提取浓缩:药材.溶剂在提取罐提取一段时间后,由泵把提取液泵入蒸发器浓缩器,气液分离后,二次蒸汽回到提取罐,经惯性出沫器上升至冷凝器冷凝,冷凝液经油分油后,冷凝液回至提取罐内。由于溶剂不断回流,使药材与溶剂中含溶质的保持高浓度,溶质快速溶出。由于一面提取,一面浓缩,流程时间大大缩短,仅需4-6小时。时间短.能耗低.收率高。
2)、提取浓缩机组常规浓缩:中药经浸泡加热提取一定时间后,把提取液放入贮液罐,二次提取液与一次提取液合并后,由泵打入加热蒸发浓缩器浓缩。溶剂蒸汽经冷凝器可回放。
3)、渗漉提取:把浸泡湿透溶剂的药材颗粒均匀填充于提取罐内,由计量罐定量滴加溶剂到提取罐内,并保持液面。提取液放到贮罐内,等至视盅看到变清夜时停止。再把提取液浓缩,并回收溶剂。
4)、自然澄清:把浓缩液放进提取罐内,再由计量槽内溶剂放入提取罐内,用泵上下打循环混合一小时,夹套加冰水冷却12-24小时,由软管抽出清夜至贮液罐,下排出沉淀物。
5)、膜过滤:采用陶瓷膜或者管式PDVF膜对物料进行过滤,物料过滤精度高,时间短,品质高,是一种最新过滤技术方法。
