一、适用范围:
中央循环管式蒸发器属于一种内置式的自然循环型蒸发器,是工业生产中广泛使用且历史悠久的大型蒸发器,适用于中药、西药、葡萄糖、木糖、麦芽糖、口服液、化工、食品、味精、乳品等料液的蒸发浓缩,一般用于对浓度要求高、品种多、批量小的热敏性物料的低温浓缩。
Ⅰ.Application Scope

history with low temperature vacuum evaporation for high concentration and heat
** material. Especially evaporation for Chinese medicine,western
medicine,glucose,xylose,maltose,oral liquid,chemical,food,Monosidum
Glutanate,dairy product etc.
二、结构与原理:
中央循环管式蒸发器主要由内置式列管加热器、分离罐、汽液分离器、冷凝器、真空系统、各种泵类等等组成。料液在分离罐中经过内置式加热管加热,水分汽化蒸发。由于受到加热与真空的作用,加热管周边物料上下产生了温差与料液重度差,从而使物料在加热器内外形成了由下而上的自然循环,加热后的物料水分汽化蒸发,达到浓缩的目的。
Ⅱ.Working Principle
The feeding
liquid heated by tubular heater, water will ** to vapor,material density
will smaller,but the material inside the central tubular pipeline with a lower
temperature before boiling, the density is bigger, due to density difference,it
formed material circulation between heating pipeline material and material in
central tubular pipeline.evaporate the water when circulation, so that
concentration will be higher completely.And heating steam will discharge out
from discharge pipeline as water.
三、主要特点:
结构简单,操作方便,液面容易控制,传热效果较好,批次量根据需要可大可小,且投资费用较少。

Easy construction,simple to operate, liquid level is easy to
control. Heat transfer effect is good, and investment is low.but it is harder
to clean and maintain.when process high viscosity material,circulation speed is
lower.
