一、适用范围:
外循环蒸发器又叫外置式自然循环蒸发器,即物料在真空的条件单效或多效进行蒸发浓缩,外循环蒸发浓缩器适用于中药提取物、西药、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、口服液、化工、味精、乳品等物料的蒸发浓缩,以及有机溶剂(如酒精、乙酸乙酯)的回收,适用于批量小、品种多的热敏性物料的低温真空浓缩。

本设备浓缩出来的药液,具有无污染,药味浓的特点,清洗方便、操作简单,占地面积小。加热器、蒸发器采用不锈钢保温结构,保温采用聚氨酯发泡,表面做镜面或亚光处理,符合GMP医药标准。
酒精回收:回收能力大,采用真空浓缩流程,比老型同类设备生产率提高5-10倍,降低能耗30%,具有投资小,回收效益高的特点;
浓缩料液:本设备采用外加热自然循环与真空负压蒸发相结合的方式,蒸发速度快,浓缩比可达1.3。

本蒸发浓缩器浓缩出来的物料具有味道浓,膏质均匀,并节约劳力,一人可完成操控。
本蒸发浓缩器与物料接触部分均采用不锈钢制造,外形美观。加热器、蒸发器外面均设有保温层,保温层内采用聚氨酯发泡保温,外用不锈钢薄板制作外壳,表面做镜面或亚光处理,符合GMP标准。
多功能操作特点:三效可以浓缩不同物料;一效、二效、三效可以反复并锅收膏;可以间歇、连续进料浓缩。
