用途及构成:
本机组是我公司参照国外先进设备,结合几十年塑机生产的经验而开发的升级换代产品,是用于制作PP绳,又叫亚麻绳,南韩麻绳,强度高,耐磨,适用于高空作业,沿海港口,水产养殖,海上作业高强度圆丝,及二次成型的塑料亚麻扁丝的理想设备。
本机组由挤出机、冷却水箱、五辊牵引机、空气循环加热烘箱、五辊牵引成型机、卧式收卷机、电控箱七大部件组成。
特点:
1、采用混炼型高强度合金钢螺杆、具有塑化性能好,挤出量均匀,耐腐蚀、耐磨损等优点。
2、新颖模头结构,滤网更换方便,耐热合金喷丝板,喷丝尺寸统一。
3、五辊牵引机设置联动装置,实现速度同步调节。
4、冷、热水箱由不锈钢板制作,永不生锈。
5、卧式收卷机由力矩电机实现单丝收卷。收卷平稳噪声低、节能、可靠性好。
