1、概述:
反应釜广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品等领域用来完成水解、中和、结晶、蒸馏、蒸发、储存、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合、加热混配、恒温反应等工艺过程的一种设备。反应釜材质一般有碳锰钢、不锈钢、锆、镍基(哈氏、蒙乃尔)合金及其它复合材料,转动机构可采用摆线针轮减速机、无级变速减速机或变频调速等,可满足各种物料的特殊反应要求。
2、设备结构:
反应釜由釜体、釜盖、夹套、搅拌器、传动装置、轴封装置、支承等组成。搅拌形式一般有锚式、桨式、涡轮式、推进式或框式等,搅拌装置在高径比较大时,可用多层搅拌桨叶,也可根据用户的要求任意选配。并在釜壁外设置夹套,或在器内设置换热面,也可通过外循环进行换热。加热方式有电加热、热水加热、导热油循环加热、远红外加热、外(内)盘管加热等,冷却方式为夹套冷却和釜内盘管冷却,搅拌桨叶的形式等。支承座有支承式或耳式支座等。转速超过160转以上宜使用齿轮减速机.开孔数量、规格或其它要求可根据用户要求设计、制作。
3、不锈钢反应釜特点:
1)、材质:内层、夹层、保温层均为不锈钢(SUS304/316L);
2)、内外抛光:内表面镜面抛光至Ra≤0.4m;外表面抛亚光、镜面、喷砂或冷轧原色亚光等多种形式;
3)、容器保温材料:采用耐高温、抗老化聚胺脂发泡或珍珠棉;
4)、搅拌器:密封采用进口卫生级机械搅拌密封或磁力全密封搅拌装置,搅拌转速可任选;5)、管口:设有液位计口(静压式、电容式、无触点式、超声波式、玻璃管式)、空气呼吸口、温度计(数显式或表盘式)、CIP清洗口、视镜、防爆视灯(视镜视灯一体化)、SIP灭菌口、进出液口及卫生人孔、法兰式快开人孔等装置;
6)、可加热、冷却,全封闭的设计确保物料始终处在无菌状态下,且加热快、耐高温、耐腐蚀;
7)、传热效果比搪瓷反应釜好,升温和降温速度较快。
