本设备是我公司新型开发的数控型塑料撕裂膜机组,采用数控同步倍频控制系统,通过PLC通讯变频控制器编程控制,在触摸屏上对产品拉伸比例进行编程设定,整机采用全数控变频控制器,PLC通讯控制,实时掌握机组运行状况。设备具有结构简单,操作方便,自动化程度高,连续生产效率高等优点。为我公司新型研发的塑料撕裂膜生产设备,属同类产品领先技术。
主要用于以聚丙烯(PP)或再生塑料颗粒为原料,经配色,挤出,吹塑,分切,牵引,加热拉伸,定型,收卷等工序,生产各种不同规格的塑料撕裂膜,捆扎绳,打包绳等日用软包装绳,产品具有轻薄柔软,抗拉力强,耐酸碱性,色泽鲜艳等优点,是日用捆扎,纺织包装,加捻制成各类股绳,裂膜线等捆扎绳类产品的优良材料。
